About Dr. Sai Naveen Kumar Pilli

Sai Naveen Kumar Pilli is an innovative and intelligent technical trainer who carved a niche in the field of dentistry in India. Dr Naveen, an alumnus of the Sibar Institute of Dental Sciences and Drs Sudha and Nageswara Rao Dental College, the country's finest dental institutions, has been training students in various general topics and core dental subjects since 2013.

His passion for teaching and training has turned him to be a reputed global trainer within a short span of time. No wonder that many students now doing Masters in reputed colleges have been benefited by his extensive and exhaustive training. He secured State 18th Rank in APPG 2013 in his first attempt and since then he has been assisting thousands of students worldwide to realise their dream of cracking the Post-Graduation Entrance Exams.

Defying mob mentality and denying traditional thinking, Dr Naveen chose to tread an untrodden path. He rejected plum posts in corporate dental chains that came knocking at him after he completed his Masters. Disgusted and disputed at the way dental education is being imparted in India, the young endodontist decided to change the lives of thousands of healthcare professionals using technology and new teaching methodology.

He launched a YouTube channel MDS Entrance Lectures and a website ptbdacademy.com that have more than 93,443 impressive subscribers and 7+ million views worldwide. He secured many honours including two prestigious Indian Health Professional Awards (IHPA-2016) --- Emerging Dental Speaker of the Year and Best Student Dental Organisation (Online) for his academic performance. PTBD Academy has been adjudged "Best Dental Academy of The Year" - IHPA 2017.

He also won many prizes in essay, debate, quiz and elocution competitions at school, college and university levels. His scientific papers and posters have won accolades at IACDE-IES conferences. His achievements are given wide coverage in India's leading newspapers like The Times of India, The Hindu and Amaravati Times. He was felicitated by the Takshasila IAS Academy for his inspiring and motivational lectures for civils aspirants

Currently, he is working as a Director & CEO of PTBD Academy Pvt. Ltd., Assistant Professor in St. Joseph Dental College and as a Science Editor for Amaravati Times. He has devoted his time and energy to enhance teaching methodologies with passion & persistence.
